Less disruptive to you and your clients. If ultimately you are not happy, the transition will be less traumatic for everyone. You know the systems. Going elsewhere spreads your book everywhere and will be far more challenging in terms of transition. FINET, then brand yourself or your team. Revisit when things are going smoothly a couple of years down the road. If you are not happy you can always examine alternatives. Regardless of what WF is going through, the infrastructure exists and is solid. Especially in terms of protecting your clients.

As the owner, my focus is to help FAs succeed; as a firm, our focus is on client service and helping them succeed. I can afford a small salary, but not benefits. I'm especially interested in female FAs.
