It’s not for money or for a higher title. I’ll have both come the next promotion cycle in 2 months but I’m feel disinterested in the work and feel leadership at my current agency doesn’t really care enough about the interests of their staff and I’m getting overlooked for other client opps. that are valuable for my growth.
