KPMG I’m confused on your referral process. Had a friend refer me before I made an account, made an account, applied to two jobs and got rejected (that’s fine). But if I want to apply to a third job, will it still be under her referral or do I need a new referral? (She said she can’t refer me again for 12 months) I’m not even sure if I applied correctly under her referral. The first two jobs I applied for were through talent community as I normally would without a referral. Help, I’m so lost :(
You’re checking out and this pops up. Wyd?

Of course there are busier times or deadlines, but at least 75% of the time I'm out by 5-5:30
Thanks! I just applied!
SC3 just sold it for EVERYBODY
The hours are absolutely better. Got a 15% raise when I made the move.
Yes; no
Same as SC1
Wow, I thought those types of jobs were just in my imagination. Slalom FTW
That is weird. I make more than that and was recently told by my manager that I am underpaid and that Slalom will be giving me large raises to make up for it.
Thanks y'all, when do you leave the office typically?
I got an offer from them and they said they can't offer me a raise because I'm at the high end of their comp. I'm at $140k. Pretty bogus.
What level are you EY?

What's the pay difference between a practice area lead and a solutions principal? I have buddy interviewing with them and those are the roles they threw at him. Big differences in responsibilities too?
Practice area lead is usually a Solution Principal's boss, so, they earn more. PALs have defined $2-5m sales targets for their practice, whereas SP does not have a defined minimum, though they do have sales targets. Bonuses for both depend on sales. A lot about the specific job would vary depending on the office and size of the practice. Some practices are large enough to have multiple PALs (with a Practice Area Director as their boss), whereas in some small offices, a SP could be responsible for the entire practice's P&L.
