Where do we see transport details?
EY Boston office 🐠 has anyone done a rotational program? I have done two winter internships with the assurance team and want to try switching to SaT consulting. Want to see if anyone has done it before. Did tax with PwC and didn't find it to be a good fit for me.
Would love to connect with someone!
P.S. don't have access to company bowl so posting here (some technical issue) and this is a duplicate post coz I messed up posting earlier 💀😅

😷😷😷😷 conversations like these are what convince me that I could never live in NYC.
My preferred solution: buy several praying mantises
More realistic solution: put a drain cover over your bathroom bathtub/shower drain and a mesh cap in your sink drains. Often they’ll crawl up through empty piping...even in a high rise 😕
Move into a high rise
I live in the woods and get roaches and other bigs from outside. Raid does wonders. Spray a line across your doorway, each windowsill, and a circle around each air vent or other place they could enter. Reapply every 4-6 months
Buy food traps. You should get them at Home Depot. Or hire an exterminator and deduct the costs from your rent. But he will probably just put food traps into your apartment :)
Keep drains closed all the time, they travel via the pipes. If you see one there’s hundreds somewhere, it’s worth it to pay an exterminator to come to your apartment. They’ll tell you what’s best to keeping them out. Also make sure you don’t leave any food out or exposed, when I lived in NYC EVERYTHING went in a clear plastic or glass container. Nothing was left in the original packaging
Boric Acid
move, that's gross
You live in the city, it comes with the territory. Rats and Roaches
You want to get insect poison in powder form and then liberally sprinkle it around any nooks, crannies, or other places that you think the cockroaches come from. The poison in powder form will get into their equivalent of lungs as they scurry by and... Well no more cockroach problem
I live in a high rise.
Get mothballs and put them in areas where you’ve noticed roaches. It’s an old time remedy and I’ve found it to work on all insects (bed bugs included) thus far.
Maintain a clean living space
Get an exterminator and have them come regularly. Ours comes every month and checks for any pests (bugs, mice, etc).
Get these little black pods that you can get from Duane reade or really anywhere. Place them by every pipe in your apartment. Take out the garbage daily and ensure that the garbage bag is closed at all times. Ensure that you don’t leave dishes in your sink and overall be sure to be very clean. Once you have the pods and you’re clean you’ll never see them again
Also, your landlord will most likely pay for the exterminator. Def talk to your super
If you see one you've got many
