Napa is probably your best bet since things are (relatively) open there. Yountville is probably my favorite there - can stay at Hotel Yountville or Hotel Villagio (or if you need a cheaper property - Andaz in downtown Napa has been really affordable) You can do outdoor wine tasting, restaurants, hiking, etc Tahoe is another option but much longer drive; alternatively Carmel/Monterey/Big Sur might be nice though I'm not sure what's open there in light of covid19

Solage spa 💆‍♂️🧖‍♀️

Bodega bay, Napa, South Lake Tahoe, Carmel by the sea, Santa Cruz

Someone recommended this to me too recently, probably further though https://wylderhotels.com/hope-valley/

Sonoma coast, Timber Cove or Bodega Bay Resort.

Yosemite or Napa. Could also check out bear valley but not sure what you can do there in summer. You could also rent a beach house in Monterrey or Santa Cruz if you really want to keep the drive short

Also could go to SLO. Love it there personally but it’s a little over 3 hours but you can take highway 1 down the coast most of the way. Beautiful views on highway 1.

Personally think Anderson valley and Mendocino are amazing and underrated. Less crowd and very romantic. Recommend the small elk cove inn and spa in the town of elk. There is a private beach attached to the property. Just a very cute and romantic b&b.

Baby is almost eight months old! He sleeps 11 hours at night but has 4-5 wakings these days(used to be just 1/2 before for a midnight feed). Have a feeling it might be because of a heavy diaper(because they usually start happening more during the early morning hours). Do you all do midnight diaper changes? Or no? We use the snug and dry but it gets pretty full by the morning!
