I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company. Should I accept the new offer ? How do I tell the previous company about this? Also, I’ve already negotiated with the first company and the $115K base is the negotiated salary. I really do not prefer one company over the other. They’re both great! I’m very confused here. TIA🙏

Ive been in an intermodal logistics cordinator for my company for 7 years now and just this last year, i recieved no salary increase because i had reached the "salary limit" for my possition which is 50k. I want to see what else is out there and keep my options open. Do you have any recommendations on where i can start as i have not had to look in over 7 years and seems like alot has changed.
