Unless they pay well no TCS Alumni would want to return back. My colleagues who stayed back still earn 8lpa+ something after 7 years experience while people who have switched are in brackets of 20-30 lpa in the same experience. Other than the awesome Medical insurance and extremely chilled WLB and job security, TCS doesn't have much to offer anymore. Their no ex-TCS hiring policy is no longer giving much dividends at all and I doubt they will change it now especially when Product companies are themselves struggling to retain talent inspite of massive packages
Yes but right now they have blocked policy to rejoin. It was my best organisation and will always be.
Just for curiosity - are they allowing?
Won't love to come back because of salary constraints.. but yes definitely miss TCS.. it was my first company and I feel myself emotionally attached to my team and my awesome teammates..
(My project was Ignio - Digitate.. anyone else from same project?)
