Indeed just blocked our company account job posting feature citing they found our company unsuitable for Indeed. We have been using Indeed for years now for free and paid job ads and always follow terms of use. They asked for a company document for verification purposes after they blocked us from posting. I provided Business Entity Detail, sales tax license, business and management indemnity policy declaration but they didn’t take them as valid proof. Have you dealt with anything like this?

What would u do? 3 YOE HCOL city and I have 2 potential options: 1) move to a boutique healthcare strategy consulting firm in a similar role as I have now (client facing consulting role).. 120-130 base + 20% bonus 2) a product specialist role at Meta (FB). This told role product management, it’s analytics heavy. $107k base, 10% bonus, $30K stock. At the end of the day, TC for both is similar. As far as exit opportunities I’m not sure what is better, so looking to get other people’s opinions.
