Anger issues much? Ask her nicely if she can keep it down or please move to a room. Why would you report someone for taking a call?

like

Rooms aren’t always available and you might need something at your desk like your monitor. Can’t expect people to change their behavior if they aren’t told it’s an issue, some people are honestly dumb/blind to it. Start by saying something or slipping her a note, people need to be able to work in a shared office setting

like

Can hear her over my headphones! That’s how loud she is!

Why don’t you politely ask her to get a room. It’s likely she doesn’t realize she is disturbing others and may appreciate you telling her instead of freaking out like a child then signing on to a social app to complain about it and potentially even reporting her?? Get real.
