I received two offers, turned the one down, and a month later, I'm regretting my decision. The firm I turned down told me to keep in touch with them — think that was just a formality or would the consider hiring me again?

I am on an engagement that has 2 managers. I enjoy working with 1 manager. He is very understanding and provides feedback/guidance. However, the other belittles me. She is constantly asking “why” and even when I am not sure of the response she keeps pressuring. She provides no actual information for me to learn from.
