Any suggestions on timing to tell my boss I’m leaving teaching for another job? I make 26k a year and have been working multiple jobs to pay bills. I’m leaving primarily because I get paid so little. I’ve worked in LA in media production since 2010. I worked as a lighting designer for the first several years, after a slew of on set injuries I switched to doing data asset mgmt for a studio talk show for 3 years. I managed several system upgrades and did repairs and trouble shooting on high end hardware. It was extremely solitary work that was a bad fit. LCSW 50k loan repayment- Has anyone been granted a contract through the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program? My professional life at the moment is far from ideal. I’ve been on quarantine (long story, but a good one) for the last seven years. Royalties from my books don’t pay the bills. My entrepreneurial pursuits remain hampered. For the interim, I’ve been looking for a remote opportunity where I can leverage my skills in marketing, sales, social media, and elsewhere for a decent sum. I have a social media presence which, in recent years, reached millions. There has to be something exciting I can do.

I’ve discovered that my phone number is being spoofed. Is there anything I can do about this besides get a new number? It’s infuriating getting 10 voicemails a day saying that people have gotten a call from my number. It’s also lovely getting texts or calls chewing me out for calling them.

US: I am married for 12+ years,. I have a feeling that my consulting career has more excitement than my marriage. With personal life lot has happened.. breakups in earlier stages, patch up, her career is ok but she is not that ambitious so kind of fully dependent.. no kids due to some issues.. but we hve been there for each other, we love each other but it’s not anymore exciting but that’s why I don’t care about WLB. Is there something wrong ? or all marriages after 10 years are same?
