This is a good chart. And also kind of depicts what it feels like when you aren’t sure of all the emotions inside, and everything just feels like you’re just sad even if you’re actually feeling all of the smaller slices

I just got on a project that requires me to be remote. I feel like this is will limit my impact and stunt my career growth and I'm looking for Senior this year. Any advice? Can I avoid the project?

Any post-MBA consultants (class of ‘20) who joined during WFH— are you regretting / looking for exit already? Or are you thriving? I was excited to join consulting but now I’m not sure if I made the right call and if this feeling will change once out of the covid environment. Also curious if everyone else is fine and I’m the only unadaptable one.

Going from Manhattan to LGA through the Midtown tunnel, how many times has your Uber\Lyft\taxi missed the exit to 278? I’ll start...15 since I started counting, fml.

What's a good signing bonus to negotiate for at the SC4 level?

Good Monday morning fishes. Don't forget to delight your client today. You keep on adding that value now, okay?

Ok I cannot be the only one thinking this but I'll be the one to ask - While I'll acknowledge that mbb has better talent are you trying to tell me that a 30 year old partner is bringing in more value than a 50 year old partner at t3? If not why is there such an insane gap in the compensation. No disrespect just a question that's always been on my mind

What salary should a manager expect in NYC? And is it usually lower in the other US states?

EYP or S& for non-transaction (business /enterprise) strategy? Level, comp is nearly the same

Big role on a small project or small role on a big project? Which is better for learning and which is better for promotion/growth?

I’m willing to go to LEK. I require 50% of your referral bonus. I will not put in any effort to learn more about the firm, but will allow whoever writes the best review to refer me. DM me.
