Anyone have issues with Marriott point history not viewable via the website or the app? I haven’t been able to view my history since September before I combined accounts, and support is useless.

I was in usa for about 4 years from 2014-2018 so still 2 years reaming my h1b. My last stamping expired in Jan 2018 is it possible to renew my h1b? I have b1 visa as well can I travel and then initiate transfer and start working on receipt will that be ok?

Debating credit card strategies for next year. I’m currently a digital nomad and “rent” and everything is put on travel cards. Currently have CSR & AMEX platinum. I’m leaning towards canceling AMEX Platinum due to higher fee & lack of usage overseas. I’m thinking CSR as primary travel card, with a new United Quest as backup travel CC and AMEX Blue Cash Preferred for monthly expenses in the U.S.

I joined a startup as a principal PM and my role was a little nebulous at hiring but now it’s shaped to be something different given we’ve done a merger and reorged. Am I still a PM? Inequality is not gonna be fixed by agencies overnight. Agencies still need qualification, and unfortunately that is still unequal as well.

We need to hire POC right now. Promote them. Give them important roles.

That’s just one step.

The biggest step is fighting for equal qualification. While we keep the bias out, we need to make sure we are helping young POC to have access to tools and training.

That will give agencies a much larger database to hire diversity and fix the problem.

The majority of people i email and connect with end up saying “wow your book is great! We just don’t have any spots available right now” or I end up just being flat out ghosted. Anyone have any advice with this? Feeling super unmotivated now since I’ve been doing this for months with nothing to show for it :/

Currently working on a good client. Not the most interesting category and pretty conservative brand re: taking risks. But they’re nice to work with and are respectful and just expect us to have a POV.
