Hello, I have received an offer from Southwest Airlines as a Associate Technology Analyst with their direct college hire program. Will be graduating in May with a degree in MIS and also have internships experience as a Business Systems analyst intern. The salary compensation started off at 66,500 but was looking for the 75k range and they got back to me saying the best they can do is 68,500. They also have a 401k company match up to 9.3%. Do you think this is a solid offer for this job market?
What are all the rounds of interviews in Deloitte USI? I had going through Technical and HR. Was expecting there would be some salary discussion during HR round, but wasn't any. Although they took my current CTC structure. I was told Talent team deals with salary and not the manager who contacted the HR round. Can someone please let me know what can I expect further? I've been hotel hopping for years, only way to maintain top tier status on 5 different programs. I miss the free wind night cert every 2 stays. Only inconvenient if you are a rookie traveler that haven't mastered the art of packing/unpacking in less than 5 minutes.
Isn't a "stay" defined as a minimum of two consecutive nights?
@KPMG1 In the call, I asked specially about that, and he platinum lady said there is no 2-night restriction
I just spoke my ambassador and she said it needs to be 24 hours in between checkin/out, meaning you'd have to switch properties
I called in, apparently it is true and unlimited
^wow, about to rack up some serious points
Could mean that you'll have to move rooms every night I guess
Have to switch properties, although SPGs process for combining consecutive nights at same prop is far less automated than Marriotts. More importantly, you'd really take $20 / day for the inconvenience?
