There’s a man that always hangs in the lobby of my building and by the elevators. He frequently follows me and others into the building and is clearly on drugs.

Last night I ran into him by the elevators. It was a little unsettling so I called the front desk to escort him if he lived here. Based on their response, he clearly doesn’t live here nor am I the first person to call about him. He followed me into the bldg again today.
