HCL - 200 percent job security, hike u can get 0-10 percent

Toxic work culture in HCL & no growth

What is your YOE?

If you like your pay in perficient.... Go with perficient..... No issues with job security, only development projects.... Most of the projects have good WLB

Also 100% package to hand except PF

Would love everyone’s thoughts! Which of these two options would you pick if your goal is to buy and hold for appreciation purposes given these are in a very hot market. Both same lot size.

Option 1:
- $175k lot located on very busy street but across the street from new $700k townhomes and restaurants

Option 2:
- $250k 3 bed/1 bath fixer upper located at end of dead end street, houses on street all fixer uppers, located down the street from Option 1 (so also near new builds and restaurants)

My wife got a job that requires us to relocate to San Diego. We have never lived there and know little about the city. We are planning to rent. We stayed in a hotel in little Italy and really loved the vibe there, but it’s too expensive for us. Are there other neighborhoods with similar vibes - restaurants, bars, lively, good for walking, clean, safe, young, diverse and accessible that are more affordable? Please share recommendations. How much should we reasonably budget to rent a 2bd/2bath?

To confirm - I can downgrade my CSR to a CFU (even tho I already have one) then apply for CSP? Following I would have 2 CFUs (note: I already have 1 of every card in their lineup)

13 Partners leaving PwC to form a new company under Luke Sayers - called 'Sayers' ? Wow, does this mean there's more money to spread around at PwC ?

And to think, they called it Sayers ? Whilst some of these partners are going around calling themselves 'Founding Partners', they not only followed the leader, they couldn't even come up with an inventive name !

Perhaps they should all be called 'Following Partners'.

Maxing out my 401k, HSA, and IRA seems impossible!

I'm a SINK making $110k/yr. in a LCOL area and my expenses hover around $2,500/mo. What kind of salary do I need to make to comfortably max out the accounts listed above and contribute to a taxable brokerage?

Are there any SINKs out there that can comfortably do this while still living for today? At what salary were you able to do so? I have one debt--a car payment $600/mo. @ 3.79%. Bought in August and plan to pay it off in 2023.
