I feel this right now. Having the same experience.
I feel like a lot of people are probably going through things like this. Being remote makes it very hard to understand how we are doing or people being able to help out.
Have you spoken to your staffing manager? I imagine that your company is supposed to have safety nets for things like these. Firstly, gain perspective. I know that these are tough times but I see so many colleagues leaving my company every single week by choice, even more than before COVID. It is only a job and may be maybe 2 years of your life. There are always opportunities out there. Secondly, you don’t owe anyone anything. If you tried your hardest then that is as good as it can get. Thirdly, find a mentor and someone you can talk to. I have someone who is one level above me that I reach out to whenever I am freaking out or have issues. Finally, find your people. Find the people that love working with you and vice versa. They will have your back no matter what. It’s early in your career. You can come back from this.
... unfortunately what's done is done and it cannot be taken back. Going forward though, you can try the following:
1. Locate the negative feedback providers and clarify the why of the discrepancy
2. Contact your coach, counselor or whatever and talk through it
3. Take note of the things you need to change going forward. Sometimes we think that not saying something bad means it was good but that is not always the case
I don't know how the system at your company works but at least for us, people leave their feedbacks in a system that you have access to and our counselor defends our work based on that so you kinda have time to review the feedback before it being debated.
