Any tips on cutting back on drinking? Been trying, but it's difficult in such a happy hour-centric culture. Don't want to miss out, but don't find sobriety and hanging out with drunk people very fun

As an experienced hire on MD track I find the MC culture/mindset odd. It’s not that deep, doesn’t need to be intense. And the $ isn’t spectacular. I suspect it’s different for analysts/consultants?
