Perhaps the correct response to fatigue over endless video meetings would be to rethink meetings and schedule fewer with only needed attendees? Meetings were broken pre-pandemic. Zoom is just putting a face on the problem. We don’t need more phone calls.

Anyone know the salary for a Sr. Associate at Red Ventures?

Our three year old is terrified of dogs. Screams and cries if one so much as passes us walking. We don’t think she’s ever had a bad dog experience (unless one of our past nannies conveniently forgot to tell us). What do we do about it (if anything)? Do we assume she’ll grow out of it?
