I generally love where I work but got an amazing opportunity that also comes with a promotion and a much nicer compensation. I generally have a good wlb and enjoy the people I work with. This opportunity seems too good to pass up but don’t want to have regrets if I leave since I’m not unhappy per se. Usually when I’ve left a place in the past I’ve been miserable so this feeling is much different. Any advice and or words of encouragement?
