Pet insurance: anyone have it? Any recommendations or thoughts on it?

I’m depressed. Nothing unique about my depression - I’m in big law, my career defines me, when I’m not working I can’t find the will to get off the couch, I’m sad or I’m numb…I know I’m the only one that can make a change to my life…I’m on antidepressants. Just extremely unmotivated and paralyzed. Self-help books are not for me, but I am curious - has anyone tried a guided depression/anxiety journal? Any recommendations if so? Or, if you have experienced the same, what steps did you take?

Has anyone here not pursued an extension because client isn’t listening to advice, whitewashes statuses, purposefully misreports (read: lies) despite what data clearly shows, misses deadlines and then just rebaselines dates, etc. because of concern they will fail and try to blame consultants (so reputational risk) and for other reasons (e.g., no value in time billed, other work could be pursued, mental health, etc)?

Mom of two here (21 month old and 5 month old) who is starting to consider having a third. I am in my late 30’s and my doctor just recommended I start trying at 6 months postpartum. I am thinking I want to start closer to 8-10 months postpartum but have no idea what to expect with a third. Is anyone in a similar situation? Please help. At my consultation for wisdom teeth removal, they told me I’d only have $408 out of pocket and insurance would cover the rest. I just got a call that the insurance actually doesn’t not cover the removal of two of the teeth (they need to do a partial removal to avoid nerve damage). The staff said she made in error with what was covered when she told me and the actual out of pocket will be $2,009. Does anyone have any advice?

We have a 9YO cat who hasn’t reacted well to other adult cats, but we’ve never seen him around kittens and wonder if he’d do better with one. We live in a 1 bedroom condo, so there’s also not a ton of space to separate them. Has anyone been in a similar situation and was successful? Or should I give up my kitten dreams?
