Is anyone working in industry for any Healthcare companies? I am getting interest from various Healthcare companies for a senior audit position bc I have a client background in them. Better than PA?

When you get out of a 6PM review with an 11AM client presentation and even the agency partner says: ouch..... #deadinside
How much notice do you give when you’re leaving? What mechanisms do you take into account — for example I have some folks reporting to me etc. Also the client project is just getting started. I feel bad about having onboarded and then I leave just like that. How many weeks notice do you give when leaving and what are the right things to do to avoid burning bridges?

Client reached out and asked if I would be interested in joining his team last month. Said I’ll follow up in a week and didn’t. Is it ok to reach out a month later to see if the offer is still on?
The list of companies includes a former employer (that was terrible in every way), a former client (that was also terrible), and some big names in the healthcare/pharma and tech industries. I’m going to guess that, like the former employer and former client of mine (which both had atrocious cultures and didn’t care about their people), if a company is refusing to hire people from a state because the state is requiring pay transparency, they probably have a terrible culture, too.
Is there a best practice for categorising your experiences on your external/public/LinkedIn type resume? Do you group it by project or by the type of work you did? Any other ideas?

First time freelancing client-side and it's 🤯. No one really cares about deadlines, budgets, or external commitments. Is it this company (tech startup), or is this life client-side?
🐠 who deal with severe chronic pain - Do you have a good way to talk to a new job (or I guess new project) about how sometimes you are just going to have to miss randomly or going to need a break to deal with the pain? —— please no able-bodied responses of just deal with it etc.
I left my consulting role of my own accord earlier this year (pre-COVID), primarily for WLB reasons. Notably, I was always rated a “top performer” and left on very good terms. I did not have a job lined up because I wanted to get out of the rat race for a bit and enjoy life. With the job search severely tougher than expected and repeated, explicit offers from my former partners to rejoin, I start to feel tempted. => See below...
