I really like him as a person based on everything I've read about him, but he has given pretty much 0 policy anything, even beliefs. His resume is amazing, but based on hearing his answers on town halls, it's so obvious he's the typical politician that has been bought by all the money that has unfortunately infiltrated our politics.
He’s even made his views semi clear on Israel. If you don’t know where he stands, at least relatively, you’re not looking [close enough]
I like the Nathan Robinson Current Affairs article. And then I liked the Ross Douthat column, and I really liked that he cited the Robinson article. Almost as good as when he and Jamelle Bouie were agreeing about elite college admissions on the New York Times podcast.

God I don't want to come off as a Pete apologist but how can you read anything negative from that story? Lis Smith (his do it all press secretary / chief of staff) basically is running a smart media strategy and that means he's prepackaged? I'm not following
