I wanted to know the Employee Perks/ benefits provided by Freshworks Inc to employees.
I am currently working in a Company where in they pay ₹ 5,000/- a month for wellness reimbursement, free Cab, food Annual Education reimbursement upto ₹3,50,000/- etc
All employees are eligible to these benefits and these are beyond the CTC.
Does Freshworks Inc provide any of the above or any other benefits besides CTC ?

If you are starting as an Audit Associate some time from now with Deloitte or any of the big 4, do they expect you to have passed/completed all 4 parts by the time you start? Received the Becker Reimbursement email from the recruiter not too long ago but have yet to start. I’ve seen plenty of people get to Senior at a big 4 firm without the CPA so I am a bit confused in that aspect. Any helpful feedback will be very much appreciated.

Hate to break your bubble but I’d expect somewhere in the ball park of 3 to 7%
There’s no “breaking [my] bubble” unless I were a senior. Well past that point in life, hence why I provide input towards compensation
obvious assumption that national approves our proposal.

I understood Op. average raises should be at the minimum 10%-15% so I would prob be fine with 12-15
So I made senior in October of 16 and my October 17 raise was 14% but keep in mind I had a shitty year. I would say 10 to 15 percent is good in a non promotion year.
