Personally I practice out patient ortho in Rochester, NY making $65,000 annually with a good benefit package. 6 years of exp. And not entirely sure how much more I could make in home care/other settings.

Anyone in the AML/Compliance field? I have been an analyst/investigator for almost 3 years and have moved up with small salary increase two times ($5k in total over 2.5 years). I have a CAMS certification and have been on multiple projects while always meeting or exceeding expectations. Hey nurses, did you become a CNA first? Or go straight into a nursing program? My cousin wants to become a nurse and, I'm going to be totally frank here, I don't think he can hack it. I recommended that he maybe do his CNA first to get a taste for it, but he's insisting he's prepared to nursing.
