Any in-house counsel in here willing to post their company, level or YOE, and total comp breakdown? If you’re comfortable, please consider posting both your current stats and what your stats were when you first moved in-house. If there’s any other information that you want to share, please include that too (e.g., hours, interesting perks, etc.). Info on in-house salaries is pretty hard to come by, and it would be great to compile some data points here! Facebook Amazon Google Netflix Apple

Message me. I’ll coach you through. Been working on a business plan for specifically this purpose and looking for free trial runs helping people through it.
I did the Maldives and Dubai. We flew business class round trip for $200 and spent 5 nights in Dubai for free.
Had a great time - taught my wife to ski at the Mall of the Emirates so she’d have a fun story to tell 😊. One regret was not getting out to the sand dunes. Lot of time will be spent at the Dubai Mall and surrounding souks. The Old Town souks were a fun walk too. Burj Kahlifa was impressive. Some people do a lot of hotel bar hopping but we passed on that.
Do you have a small business? If you can get the chase ink preferred card that gives you well over 1k in value for meeting the minimum spend. If you have significant wedding costs AND THE CASH to pay for them getting a few signup bonuses can go a long way - as long as you pay them off at the end of the month to avoid being charged interest.
I don't have a small business...not necessarily the point of this, but qualifies as a business for the sake of the card? In terms of the wedding I'm assuming most if not all of it I'm not paying for. Apartment start up costs, furniture, etc though I will be.
Should start with destination in mind. Then you can determine the best hotels and flights. Then you can build a points accrual strategy for that. The F/J awards are likely booked up unless you’re heading to Asia at this point.
So hypothetically let's say I would want to go to New Zealand, Fiji, or Thailand. What's the first step?
