How do you prepare for the admin cert exam? I did the whole Udemy course, prep Trailhead trail, and was getting 80s-90s on the practice exams, and just bombed the real exam. How should I study?

Hello everyone! What kind of schools are you all working in?

After a long and extensive interview process (2 months & 12 rounds of interviews) I finally heard back that they are very interested in offering me the job. My Current base is $135k (in NJ) and my ask is $180K (in NYC). But base comp ceiling for the position grade is $165k and they are willing to offer one time payment to make up for the gap between the offer & the ask. Any thoughts? The role has very upward potential in next couple of years.

What are other comp elements I can negotiate? Thx!

It’s been 4 months since I started my new role as UX Researcher. I was a fresh graduate with little to no professional experience. In 2 weeks, my senior UXR, who is the only researcher of the team is leaving. This means I am required to lead the team for all research tasks, until they find a new replacement.
