Hey Partners, I came in at EY as an experienced hire as a 3rd year Manager 3 years ago. I have had strong non-practice PPMD support for SM promo last year (June). I have been told that even though I had a strong case, however, I didn't have strong practice PPMDs support. Since then I have been having regular 1x1 conversation with practice PPMDs and trying to promote my case. I am also on an engagement that my practice sold and working closely with practice SMs. TBC.
