United or Flying Blue (Air France). Could also try British Airways. They'll kill you on surcharges but amount of points needed can be low. All transfer partners of Chase.
If you’re open to it, might an option to use one of the budget transatlantic airlines (Wow, Icelandic, Norwegian) to get to London on the cheap and the. Make your way from there (fly, Eurostar, coach...)
If you sign up for Scott’s Cheap Flights email subscription they often find cheap Europe flights that will last a couple of days. Recently saw europe for $400s and also just bought a flight from them from PHL to Beijing for $455
Where are you attending the wedding? Sounds like you’re looking for economy fares?
You should still be able to find Saver award tickets through United (60k miles plus nominal fees round trip). I live in Europe and it’s almost always how I do intercontinental travel between the U.S. and Europe in the peak June, July, and August months.
If you’re paying cash about 8-12 weeks out is probably your sweet spot for economy tickets. However if you see anything pop up for under $700 sooner you’re getting a good price for the peak summer travel season. If you see something pop up for under $500 book it right that second and rely on the 24 hour cancellation window if it turns out it wouldn’t work. If you’re really willing to slum it Wow Air can probably get you there and back for around $300, but you’ll be limited to a small under-seat bag.

Awesome, thanks! Will check them out!
@OP nope, there is a premium option that you can pay for with more deals released but basic free subscription is all I’ve used and it’s been great
Ironically Scott’s cheap flight came out with France flights last night, just booked JFK-CDG for $275 in January!
