Planning a trip to Glacier this summer and would like to visit Banff while that way. I see Canada has random testing for even fully vaccinated travelers. Has anyone crossed the border from US to Canada during COVID? Would I likely run into issues? For context I am a US citizen and fully vaccinated.

Went to Canada from US by road last Aug. Me and my wife both got “randomly selected” for Covid test but that didn’t create any issues other than ~30 mins extra time at border and getting countless calls/emails to stay home, fill out daily check in and bla bla.

Question: My laundry machine broke. Contemplating using a laundromat. Never used one before because not a fan of public laundry machines. But with COVID specially, I am more paranoid than ever. Is it safe to use one at this time in Chicago? Anyone used one during COVID? What are the risks? What are the things to be mindful of?

So I have a bit of a ethical than a dilemma when it comes to dating during Covid. I would really like a relationship and I definitely don’t want casual sex. But I also know that I’m probably going to be moving out of the city and out of State once winter comes because I don’t think things are gonna get any better. Would that prevent you from dating? Is that something that I should disclose?

Hey everyone- not interview specifically but looking for advice. A few months ago I denied a job offer due to uncertainty with COVID. Now seeing how things are taking a turn, I feel comfortable taking the job. I told them (and they asked me to) reach back out mid-Feb to March. Any advice to start that email exchange?

I want to cry right now. I have extreme anxiety about the city shutting down again. I was laid off of in 2020 and had to move home. Two immediate family members died (not of covid) and it was a year of extreme stress for me. I just moved back in August. Have a great job, in a happy relationship and am loving being in nyc. If we go back to having to stay in our apartments all day being judged for going out to eat, I feel like my mental health literally can’t handle it. Just had to vent.
