I interviewed with HM at RBC for a product manager role. He liked me.
Now he said that he wants me to meet one of his direct reports and said it will be a culture fit interview but informal.
What does it mean? What shall I prepare for this call? He will be my peer if I get selected.
The HM also mentioned that if all goes well for me in this call, then he will do a case interview with me as next and final step.
Any guidance on how and what do i prepare for this “informal culture fit interview”?

Or any other vendor for anything. It's gotta be a PA thing. I get so frustrated with most people regarding services I need provided 😡
@OP I don't think you're out of line here. You're having a wedding, hiring these vendors for a service and they need to be able to meet your demands. It might help to give them insight into these demands off the bat though, so they're aware of what your needs are so they can meet them. When starting negotiations explain to them that you expect vendors to respond within two business days. Ask them if they can accommodate or if you should look elsewhere. Informing them of your requirements are important, as how can they fulfill your needs if they don't know what those needs are?
Also planning a wedding; if they don't respond within a business day I move on. Can't be bothered to try to make a sale, how can I count on them in an emergency? Plenty of other vendors that want to charge exorbitant fees
