Planning on spending 4 nights in Munich in October. Recommendations for Marriott hotels that wont break the bank? There's a deal on the Courtyard by the train station and the Le Meredien, but it seems like neighborhood isn't the best. Also seeing a poinstsavers deal on the Sheraton Munich Westpark

Hmm, interesting. Munich doesn't have a lot of Marriott locations. If i don't want to stay near the train it all looks like its pretty far from central Munich. It southeast in Westpark or northeast in arabella park far from central munich. Any suggestions?

It will be me and my wife traveling together. We are sightseers, not big partiers.

If you are a guy and you take care of your wife when you come back late at night then I think it’s just fine. I was more concerned about girls going to those areas at night coz it’s not safe for girls alone

Assuming it's the one by the hauptbanhof, I've stayed at that Courtyard and it's a solid choice. And Munich as a city is good, there aren't really too many bad areas. Proximity to the train station is very useful. And you're walking distance to Augustiner Keller, one of my favorite breweries/beers anywhere (assuming you're a beer drinker).

Anywhere near the central train station is sketchy. I would not stay there if you are a girl traveling alone

I had 60 day late payment of 35 bucks in Jan. It was new Amex Hilton card I opened for stupid points. It was reported and my credit score had been consistently dropping from last 6 months. It was 780 and now is 735. I realized this 3 months and been paying my credit card bills immediately. Infact I have overpaid each card to have negative balance so my credit utilization is almost zero. What else I can do to repair the damage. I am applying for homeloan and this is big issue to get best rate

Which offices in the United States are considered “big” in terms of having higher demand for head counts and new hires? I’m not looking to take advantage of applying to an “easier” office (there is none) but rather understand the supply and demand landscape. There are locations in high demand but not necessarily hiring that much (such as Seattle, SF...) but what about other larger offices that aren’t as popular? Would appreciate insights from MBB thanks

- red badgers had low morale since they’re contract workers and can be terminated at any time
