Con is that the commute will make you lose your will to live
Pro: That area seems to be growing really fast and your house will probably appreciate nicely. Con: Commuting that far on I-85
In Atlanta private schools are much better. Best public high schools are north of the city - Walton, Pope, Roswell, North Springs, and 1-2 of the schools in Alpharetta / Johns creek area
What are then good area to buy house
My kids went to Roswell schools, oldest went to Ivy and youngest to Tech. Key is to get into TAG talented and gifted program, these schools have good teachers, funding for extra curricula and of course parents need to be vigilant. School scores list averages and you could miss out on what the school offers if you only compare those
