I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

Absolutely book business. I started doing it because of Covid and saw how much of a difference it made to our parents at their age.

I wouldn’t chance it - Id book business!
Depends on how full the flight is. Try to book a seat on business from a different website to see availability.
Low likelihood if you book economy. However, if you book Premier Plus, then they'll be front of the queue for upgrades
Book business. This is a popular business travel route.

near zero odds. book business please
Do they have status ? I'd assume they don't - I assume you have GS/1K - if so they wouldn't inherit your status. Everyone with status would have a higher priority to clear into Polaris before them.
The most I've seen during holiday travel has been less than 3 open seats and unsurprisingly goes to GS maybe a 1K buying the highest fare class.
As everyone else has suggested buy the upgrade instead of betting the PP clears.
I don’t think one can get upgraded to business in international flights just based on status
Apologies i was misinformed. First time reading about Plus Points

Mid Dec will be hard to clear even with plus points. Just get business for them. And other airlines may be cheaper for business than united.
EWR has too many GS and a challenge for 1k
