Where do I find more cool, little production companies like these guys? Kinda quirky, super creative, nothing really looks or feels like advertising. Want a place good with Docu-style but also these shots look a bit art directed, (in a good way). I want to give my team more options in this vein: https://www.cottage8films.com
Hello fishes, I got an offer from hcl with 21(20 fixed + 1 variable) for 13.9 years of experience. I see a lot of amount going to compensatory allowance, and it is mentioned in monthly components. food wallet and holidays allowense are also included in monthly components with basic and HRA. HCL folks please help me understand what will be my in hand salary. Will I be getting all of those allowances mentioned without deducting anything? I have no idea about compensatory allowense HCL Technologies

How valuable is a MBA in Cyber industry?
If he has zero security experience, starting at sec+ with no boot camp or looking into a GSEC, is a good idea to learn. Everyone saying just jump to CISSP doing a disservice.
Says the ISSO haha
K1 agreed, have it myself. My point is more so someone newer to cyber. Getting an associate of CISSP without the experience won’t help. Sec+ is okay but the GSEC is a great intro into cyber and GIAC certs as whole are very well viewed especially in the last few year.
CySA+ is also becoming the new Security+ which means it will be mandatory for DoD folks. EY2 is on point with everything and one of the frustrating things is seeing folks move into cyber while becoming cert whores. It’s easy to memorize and take a test but folks fail when it comes to application of the knowledge.
Don’t do it
Just get the CISSP
Dude everyone has the CISSP so I would look into CompTIA CySA+ or CASP.
Easy because they doesn’t have ISSO as their title? EY2 provides some very good insight by the way.
I got mine in 3 weeks without ever having worked in cyber. I used the CompTIA browser based study applet and a phone app called PocketPrep.
EY 1, Why?
Don't do it. It's not worth anything, gear up to get an CISSP or SSCP. The Sec+ will not give you any advantage in the job market or workplace. If you know nothing about security.... Then maybe, but I would prolly still not do it
And by dude I meant men and/or women.
SSCP is better entry level option
Nobody cares about CompTIA certs
Random question - how do you know EY2 is ISSO?
Was assuming P1 was talking to the guy above me whose an ISSO, who has been saying just do CISSP. I'm not an ISSO and no longer at EY for that matter
Don’t*
EY2, Cissp isn’t easy but you can pass it just like any other exam. Plenty of people do it with very minimal prior security knowledge
