Planning to move back to our hometown before the baby is due which would make me about 6-7 months (move in April, due date is early July). Is it worth it to try and find a new job the last couple months of pregnancy or should I use that time to settle in to our new place before baby arrives? I just feel bad that my hubby will have to be the only provider for that long of a period. I am an RN.

When I look for the part time roles I only find shady MLM and some delivery jobs. Nothing wrong in delivery jobs, but I am more inclined towards WFH role as me and my wife are pregnant.

Can you guys suggest where can I find reliable part time roles?

Hey moms! Anyone tried to follow 12 hours of sleep by 12 weeks old? How was your experience? What age was your child?

I listened to the audio book and can't decide if I should start the training of my 3 months old. Taking cara babies methodology states that it's too early to start any sort of sleep training before 5 months. Thoughts?

If I end up with cold symptoms directly ahead of the interviews, what do you think is best practice in this era? In august I’m coming up to 1 year anniversary at work. I wfh and reside in Houston. I’m feeling underpaid for the 7 years of experience I have in immigration.
