I think you can do 2 weeks then but make sure you have your new 797 before giving notice

Get your H1B premium processed so you have it soon. You are authorized to work as soon as you get a receipt so the two weeks shouldn't be a concern.

At a minimum, you’ll have 6-7 days. If you’re working on a confidential or sensitive project then they might stop you from coming to work, but your paycheck will be on for at least a week which is what matters for your H1B status

There's no such thing as an h1b transfer. It's a new employer petition cap exempt. I just did this.
