Planning to return to India to a different company for personal reasons. H1B valid till Sep’22 (first 3 year cycle)

Q - Can I use my current visa to interview with companies here if I ever want to come back in the next 3 years? (Since H1B is valid for 6 years)

What am I doing wrong?

I am currently a UK doctor with a management degree from a target university and a boutique consulting internship. Have some management experience at an SMO but no Middle Eastern consultancy will grant me an interview

Have plenty of referrals, people rock my CV and cover letter but every company keeps saying I don't fit their requirements?

How much time they take to schedule interview.
Have cleared my first round a week ago but still they are unable to schedule second round. Notice is about to end in 3 weeks.

I put down my paper in the 1st week of Aug till now holding only one offer.

Not receiving good calls and frequency of calls is also very less.

Done with a few interviews but didn't receive anything nor did they send any rejection email. I think they will release an offer when notice period is about to end.

If I get the job pay will start around 120k at a large company with room for growth. If I stay in PA school I will have around 120k in debt and will probably work in vascular surgery. Hi all! This is not necessarily an interview tip, more like a what should I do now kind of dilemma. I received an email to complete an in-person interview with a company last Wednesday. I responded via email the following morning with a few times I can go in as requested, specifically a time on Monday. I hadn’t received a response by Friday end of day so I waited to send a follow up email on Sunday. I still haven’t received a response. Do I continue to reach out again or cut my losses?

I gave my first round interview today for RPA in SAP and it was taken by someone who is at the director level( from outside India). Is it common that for first round someone on a higher level appears to take interview? He was quite impressed and he told me several times. I am 29 make, single. I have a medical procedure in a couple of weeks that I haven’t yet told my mom about. She’s back in India and I don’t want her to worry. The surgery is straight forward and has a 100% success rate. I would have to be in bed for two weeks though.
