Just flew UA49 from BOM to EWR. I flew Emirates from EWR to BOM (connection in DXB) to there. HUge difference in service with Emirates compared to UA. I wish I could fly Emirates domestically!
Can companies actually give extra time off to parents/caregivers only? I have seen this happening due to the pandemic but it doesn’t seem fair to those without caregiving responsibilities. I totally get the stress and extra work in these times but any type of leave addition should be equally distributed IMO.

Is an MBA worth it? I’m in track for an IT Audit Manager position in the next couple years, have Big 4 experience, and am satisfied with the idea of staying in audit for the foreseeable future (but open to other risk relate roles). Is an MBA going to do anything for me as I look to move up in the audit world in the future? Or should I just focus on doing quality work and not waste my time with an MBA?
