Has anyone here pivoted form consulting into a data visualization/analyst role either at another consulting firm or industry? How was that experience? My current practice doesn’t really help me get this experience and looking to start somewhere.

I rejected Accenture offer a year ago .offer letter was released but i didn't join and now i am getting calls from Accenture again for jobs. In case if i got selected , will they check my candidature history?

I have a offer from Accenture, with 40% hike on ctc as fixed pay and 21% variable, im asking for 50% hike on fixed pay but they say with 1 yr exp it cannot be given how much variable is actually given in yr?

Annual hike in Accenture on your ctc or it is on fixed pay ?
