Since I’m new, I’ve been given a lot of one-off rich client projects doing their financings and random fuck you money property purchases.

I keep running into situations were the client or the lender forces a “we are closing tomorrow” fire drill without consulting with me first. Then The next day is fully hijacked

This might be inappropriate but how often are the rest of you having sex with your significant other or spouse? We have little kids and I work 75 hours a week so I am lucky to hook up twice a week and even that is tough to schedule.
