I can still work our :) just no heavy squats / deadlifts. To be honest I was never huge or big on getting huge. I only started working out because travelling 4 days a week it was hard to stay in shape (boxed for 9 years pre consulting) so I can stay in shape, just gotta be creative

Story please

Started doing front squats, thought I was doing it right but was just strong enough from normal ones to move the weight. Increased the weight to a point where one day I went down and herniated my disc far onto my sciatic nerve.
I could still walk but I was limping pretty badly, loads of pain every morning / during the night and if sat for 20+mins. Sex was painful as thrusting etc could litterally only do it painless if I laid flat on my back and she did all the work

Took c.£2k of chiropractic treatment + stretches 4 times a day and being super careful how I sat and not staying stationary for too long for almost a year before I was back to normal.
Even now I will probably never heavy squat/deadlift again, running for long periods I’ll feel a bit of discomfort etc I’m very aware of my back and probably always will be

Oh my goodness! I am really sorry. I hope you do get a full recovery - I would be crushed if I couldn't work out any longer.

My confession is that I have seen the medical field change so much over the past 20 years, that it's unrecognizable in both good and bad ways. More people are leaving than staying, and I am worried the quality of care is dwindling. I try not to burden friends and family with some of the things I've seen recently, but the short version is that I'm no longer sure I have faith or trust in it myself.

I am 34.5 and have been TTC for 1.5 years. Failed one cycle of timed intercourse and one natural cycle IUI. At this point, considering IVF- there were no major issues when got tested by RE. Had a microadenoma and have been on medication since. Husband’s count and motility came back normal but morphology was a bit low. RE said low morphology does not matter much. Any advice before going to IVF? Thank you in advance

I have not been on a project for over 3 months. Since I joined, I have been put in training. The training got extended by a month and now it's close to 4 months since I joined and without a project.

What should I do? People say that I'm lucky to get paid without doing any work, but it is stressing me out. I need the experience. The uncertainty is freaking me out, with rumours of layoffs and the certification program and all.

How do I get into a project? How long do I have to wait more?
