I have fetched some merits and demerits such as in GDS, you won't get to drive the project, the people in US and Europe will drive it and you'll only get a third level work to do, in short no imp. learning. Although, GDS has good salary hike and opportunities to move abroad. In EY India, learning opportunities and more connections to make however, the salary hike or bonuses are poor. So please suggest something more.
