Please don’t make fun of me for asking this but is it safe to go to NJ performing arts center in Newark. There’s a Whitney Cummings show that I want to go see, and maybe grab a bite later. But I am going alone (5’3, 30 F) and I have never been to Newark before (except EWR) so I am rather scared if I should get tickets. I have only ever heard horrible things about the place like Chicago south side.
