Because there are 10s of millions of people who don’t work in a 9-5 environment. Medical professionals come to mind, as do truck drivers, bakers, factory and warehouse workers...the list goes on. Please explain the purpose of this question.

What are some good companies to work for in Dallas?

If I’m looking to apply to a Strategy& role, does it make a difference if the person referring me is in a PwC group as opposed to a Strategy& group?

Worst city you've ever been to for a project?

What's the most complex industry you've worked on (or does it depend on the particular engagement)?

One of my counselees resigned. Reasons given included "I just don't see the value in a lot of what we sell to clients."

Entering my 15th week unstaffed for the year. Does Deloitte do layoffs for low utilization? Mine is around 60%

so happy im flying home today

Am I stupid if I make 50k and try and purchase a 85k Porsche. I can easily afford it on a 5 or 6yr financing/month, since my rent and CoL is low. But I am skeptical and feel like it is not the smartest decision. I only like 3 things outside of work: Cars, Watches and Football.

When the Marriott lounge manager emails you 2 months after your last project ended to see how you're doing...😑😑

Got hired with 10k signing bonus under condition if I leave in first year I have to pay back 100% If I leave within 2 years I pay back 50% Has anyone gone through this? How did it work? After taxes & contributions I likely get about 5k. If I have to pay back full amount...will I have to pay back 10k fully of my own taxed money? What type of bologne is that? Am I missing something?

No trust: Client emails you at 4:50 because you are offline walking to a new room between meetings. They think you left for the day. I'm still working.

I don't know why I get pure joy from watching my Senior Manager fumble through his presentation of a deck he's made me create last minute over the weekend. #karma

Has anybody at Deloitte heard of Chief Operating Officer/Project Manager roles? Recruiter just reached out to me about one. Any background would be great!

Actual, genuine advice requested - no trolls please. Client is insisting coming back to my hotel room. I want to keep things professional and have a gf. After a drunken dinner: advice please?

Only a matter of time before a travelling consultant gets diagnosed
