Because there are 10s of millions of people who don’t work in a 9-5 environment. Medical professionals come to mind, as do truck drivers, bakers, factory and warehouse workers...the list goes on. Please explain the purpose of this question.

Am I stupid if I make 50k and try and purchase a 85k Porsche. I can easily afford it on a 5 or 6yr financing/month, since my rent and CoL is low. But I am skeptical and feel like it is not the smartest decision. I only like 3 things outside of work: Cars, Watches and Football.

Got hired with 10k signing bonus under condition if I leave in first year I have to pay back 100% If I leave within 2 years I pay back 50% Has anyone gone through this? How did it work? After taxes & contributions I likely get about 5k. If I have to pay back full amount...will I have to pay back 10k fully of my own taxed money? What type of bologne is that? Am I missing something?
