Need to vent. The team I’m on has spent months and months on finetuning a new program. We are SO PROUD of it. My boss tells us what a great job we did, etc. He presents the final product to upper management and….in our company newsletter this week, uppers thank OUR BOSS on allllll the great work he did, his stellar idea, etc. No mention of anyone else on the team. Now I’m hearing all these great things about my boss and being asked if I got to work on his program. HIS program. (ctd in comments)

Come to EY, the senior role is good. You still get training and support as an individual contributor and are a stone-throw away from manager role at mid $100s when you’re ready.
Experienced promotions are typically after 2 years or so from senior hire.
Don’t take the associate role at PwC with 3 yoe - you should be coming in as a senior associate there too.
Which place is paying more?? I would certainly pursue both.
I would say EY is a great role trajectory and more flexible vertical.
Depends on the nature of the work. I went from IBM and EY - both in energy consulting. I preferred the tech focus of IBM over the accounting focus at EY. The perks at EY were better though. I suspect PWC is somewhere in between.
