Amazon : 20l base + 3 (1st year bonus) + 3 (2nd year bonus) + 13 lac RSUs (5-15-40-40% vesting). In retail tech.

Goldman Sachs : 22lac base + 4lac avg performance bonus. In Global market division

Microsoft : Still under discussion but would be around the same. In Azure specialized division.

Which do you think will be the best. Thanks in advance.

I have an experience of near 6 years and I have an offer from JPMC and Pepsico. There's a difference of 5-6 LPA. Pepsico is paying more which is basically a variable component. In Pepsico, project/product development will start from scratch. Though JPMC is an established brand name. Which company should I join? Any suggestions and advice are most welcome.

I know this happens a lot but I still get mildly annoyed when a senior tries to make revisions to your work that don’t actually make sense and the partner eventually just reverts to your original language/wording. I’m a senior myself and I remind myself constantly not to mark something up for the sake of marking something up.
