Hi! I have ~6 years of HR experience, mostly at various series A-D tech startups. My current role is very employee relations focused and I have a generalist background. I am looking into what an OD position could look like at a larger public organization. Any insight into what skills or certifications I should work on to better suit me for that kind of role? Just joined ey as a manager. How quickly do you expect your managers or seniors to get up to speed on a client that may be a bit complex? I usually as a manager would give people atleast one season.
