I have my first round interview (phone case) with McKinsey tomorrow. Any tips on what to expect with the phone case? Will there be an introduction (elevator pitch + why McKinsey?) or will they jump straight into the case? It’s only 30 mins.

What is the salary range for associate program manager? I had 3 years of experience in a complete different field so this will be a career pivot but I’m also not a brand new straight out of college student? What is an appropriate salary range ?
