I’m from Java Development background and have over 10y of experience. I want to switch my career to InfoSec or Cybersecurity. Already have Net+, Sec+ and CySA+ planning to do CISSP and CISA and I hope will be able to get full certifications as I have worked in few domains as part of development to secure the applications. I m expecting mid role in sec as I don’t want to sacrifice my current salary. Could you guys please share your experience and guide me to how to proceed with the path??

Hi all - this is my first post here and would love your input. I have several open positions in my org and find that the salaries are all over the place. I have PM's (PM1) with 3 years experience asking for 110K - is that accurate with that you are seeing? Additionally BA's with the same level of experience asking for 130K. Seems really high for people with seeming little experience. Please let me know what you think.

Suppose we have pf of 100000 per year and i have 2 LIC along with it worth 70k. While investment declaration, Do i need to fill 70k as in 80C?? Where exactly pf will come into picture in 80C . Do we need to specially mention it by somewhere of it will be taken care by employers.
